Welcome to the Ultimate Add-In download page.  You can download the add-in as a .zip file from here.  To extract the files you will need a copy of WinZip, a program that is available as a download from here.

The files in the archive below should be extracted to a directory called C:\Program Files\Ultimate\.  Once extracted you should read the file Installation.pdf for full details on how to get the add-in working.
